By accessing, using, or purchasing from Regine Lee Creations ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all sewing patterns, guides, books and other downloadable products sold on this website are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.

All digital files, sewing patterns, templates, photographs, videos and other original content remain the intellectual property of Regine Lee Creations.

Each purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable licence to use the digital product. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell or make our digital files available to another person in either digital or printed form without our written permission.

2. Selling Finished Handmade Items

You are welcome to sell finished handmade items that you personally create using Regine Lee Creations sewing patterns, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

The sewing patterns, templates, instructions, videos and other digital materials themselves may not be reproduced, shared, redistributed or resold.

Mass production or commercial manufacturing of items made from our patterns is not permitted under the standard licence. If you would like to mass produce our designs, please contact us to discuss commercial licensing options.

3. Digital Delivery

After completing checkout, you will receive access to your digital files electronically.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure your device has suitable software to open and view PDF files.

If you experience any problems accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once a digital product has been supplied or accessed.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Pattern Accuracy & Results

We take care to create, test and present our sewing patterns and tutorials as accurately as possible.

Individual results may vary depending on factors such as fabric choice, materials, equipment, printing settings and sewing experience.

To the extent permitted by law, Regine Lee Creations is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from improper use of our patterns or failure to follow the provided instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Sewing Pattern Library

Access to the Regine Lee Creations Sewing Pattern Library is for the individual purchaser only.

Library access, account details, sewing patterns, downloadable files and other Library resources may not be shared, transferred or resold.

The Library may be updated, reorganised or improved from time to time. Any specific inclusions and access entitlements are described on the Sewing Pattern Library product page at the time of purchase.

7. Pre-Order Digital Products

Products identified as pre-order items are purchased and paid for at the time the order is placed but will not be available for download until the stated release date.

The estimated release date will be displayed on the relevant product page. If there is a significant change to the expected release date, we will contact affected customers using the email address provided with their order.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services or business practices.

Updated Terms will be published on this website with a revised effective date. Changes will not remove rights already acquired in relation to completed purchases except where permitted by law.
